The NightWing Portals (also known as wormholes) are used by the NightWings to make traveling easier, to their island and other locations, since it isn't shown on any known maps of Pyrrhia. There are currently two known
portals, both with one side in the Rainforest Kingdom. It is currently unknown if NightWings can create or destroy a portal. The portals seem give dragons a tingling feeling in their scales when they're near, described as a feeling of "awkward wrongness" and that the portals gave off the "I should not be here" feeling.

When the Dragonets of Destiny came to the rainforest, they overheard some MudWing soldiers talking about a 'monster' that was killing or kidnapping the RainWings.
