General Needle was an adult female SandWing general serving under Queen Oasis who is mentioned in Deserter.
Personality
According to Dune, she would often say "admiring" things about him, such as how "he flew as fast as a SkyWing."
Biography

Needle was mentioned to have complimented Dune on his skill at being a soldier, which he bragged about shortly before the Scavengers that started the War of SandWing Succession arrived at the palace.
