Morrowseer was a Nightwing who made the Prophecy that spoke of the dragonets that saved Pyrrhia and he was also the one who brought Starflight's egg to the Talons of Peace.
He was supposed to be working for the Talons of Peace, but it appears he is manipulating all the groups for his own personal gain. He is working with Queen Blister of the Sandwings in order to get her to win, he killed Kestrel of the Talons of Peace, and is forcing Starflight to betray his friends.
