Maple was an elderly LeafWing of an unknown gender mentioned in The Lost Continent. Clearsight could have moved in with them in a possible future.

Biography
The Lost Continent Prophecy
In the prologue, after Clearsight arrived on Pantala and saved the tribes, Clearsight had several different visions about her future on the lost continent. In one of them, she moved in with an old, "affable" LeafWing, who was known as Maple.
