Lagoon is a plump, turquoise SeaWing introduced in The Lost Heir. She serves on Queen Coral's Council, and is in charge of preparing the food.
History
The Lost Heir
She was told to make sure that the dragonets had ample meals, and possibly lied to Queen Coral that they were well-fed, possibly obeying Shark's or Coral's orders. However, she may have been given covert instructions not to feed them well. She was thrown in the dungeon along with Shark when Tsunami told Queen Coral that her friends were being starved. Tsunami was sure that it would've not been very long until they were released to resume their duties.
