Biography
Tsunami eventually convinced them to help her so the Dragonets of Destiny wouldn't drown during the storm. He was reluctant at first, but she convinced him without threatening anyone.

His brother had been one of the soldiers attacked by the SkyWings and the SandWings, returning with a scorched tail, a horrible gash on his neck, and blood foaming from his gills.
