Jewel-eyes was a NightWing dragonet of an unknown gender who Clearsight first met at the NightWing school. Jewel-eyes, along with Morrowwatcher and Vision, were a member of the advanced seer class taught by Allknowing, Vigilance's head seer prior to Clearsight.

Jewel-eyes appeared in Darkstalker as a student in the seer class Clearsight arrived at. When they discovered Clearsight had special seer powers, Jewel-eyes mentioned that the class was mostly for things like figuring out what they saw was a dream or a vision, and not controlling their seer abilities. Clearsight was above that level because she had stronger powers than the others.
