The Jaguar Empire, along with Cottonmouth's empire and the Diamond Empire, was a major human settlement that existed in the pre-Scorching. It was ruled by Empress Jaguar.
Description
The Jaguar Empire contained islands with sand and rock pools. It also had a bay[1] and a river border which it shared with the Diamond Empire.[2] Cottonmouth believed that most of the Jaguar Empire's dragons could swim but could not breathe fire.[3]
Society
The humans who lived in the Jaguar Empire wore sleek dark fur pelts as clothing. Their skin was seal-brown with blue and green hair. One was seen wearing a silver headband with a jaguar symbol in the center of her forehead.[4]
