Island Palace

Template:SpoilerToPThe Island Palace was a SeaWing palace where guests from other tribes could stay and where parties were held, as it was above water. It was described to be an elegant, sprawling complex of pavilions, courtyards, rooms, terraces, gardens, and walkways that covered an entire island. The gardens were described to be decorated with carvings of pale blue dolphins and pink seahorses inlaid with shells. The Island Palace is seen in Darkstalker when Fathom and Indigo go to the party for the visiting SkyWings, but it was abandoned after The Royal SeaWing Massacre, probably because it left bad memories, and there were rumors going around about how it was haunted by Albatross' ghost. It was soon replaced with the Summer Palace. It was located in one of the many islands of The Bay of A Thousand Scales. It is about right above the middle off what looks like a the curling end of a dragon's tail on the map of Pyrrhia. 

Island Palace Beaches

There is described to be two beaches at the island palace, the Sunrise Beach, which is supposed to be a calm, relaxing beach, and the Sunset beach, where parties and festivities were usually held. These occasions were elaborate, with a wide variety of food and music. The Sunset beach is where Fathom started his first animus session with Albatross, much to Fathom's surprise.

Albatross killed 12 dragons when he went insane at the party, including one of the visiting SkyWings, Princess Sunset, also severely injuring the other visiting SkyWing, Eagle. He also killed Fathom's parents and threatened him and Indigo.

Talons of Power

The Island Palace is where the Talons of Power Ceremony took place and Anemone was discovered to be an animus (although ths was actually a plot made by Turtle to protect his powers from being used). Whirlpool buried a dagger here so Anemone could kill her mother and become queen, which would allow Whirlpool to become king. Later, Anemone came to retrieve it.
