"Sit with me, boy. Apparently we have a visitor with a story worth hearing."
— The Invincible Lord to Undauntable, Dragonslayer

The Invincible Lord is a male scavenger who rules the Indestructible City and is the father of Undauntable.

Appearance

The Invincible Lord has his dark hair combed into a thick royal mane. He often wears scarlet robes and rings on every one of his long and thin fingers.[1]

Personality

He is shown to be greedy, as he wanted Heath the Dragonslayer, and later Wren, to work for him so he could build more Indestructible Cities and conquer the continent. It is also mentioned multiple times that he is cunning, and probably rather charismatic as well. He is called "Lord Jackanapes" by Heath, implying that he is greedy.

Biography

Legends

He was mentioned throughout the story, wanting to hire (and possibly later kidnap) the fabled Dragonslayer so that he could protect the city and slay dragons. This led to much frustration on the Dragonslayer's part, which over time turned to fear, causing Heath to hire anyone who swore loyalty to him. The Invincible Lord sent a spy, Boar, during this time, and Boar became a close guard to Heath.

In the epilogue, Boar returned to the Invincible Lord and informed him that Heath was a fraud. He then decided to shift his tactics to finding Wren, believing she was able to control dragons because of the fact that she was able to find dragon scales and talk to Sky. His son, Undauntable, who fell in love with Wren, tried to lie and keep her safe, to which the Invincible Lord responded with, "Stop sniveling. You're lying. You're terrible at it." He stated that one day, he will find and control Wren and conquer the world.
