The Ice Kingdom is the home to the IceWings. It is made up of mountains, glaciers, and floating ice on freezing cold water. It makes up the "head" of Pyrrhia. The Ice Kingdom is ruled by their queen, Queen Glacier.

When the dragonets crossed into IceWing territory in an attempt to find Mangrove, Deathbringer attacked the group, as well as Blaze.
Blaze has her own fortress near the edge of the kingdom, as SandWings aren't normally comfortable in climates with very low temperatures. Deathbringer also had his own hut, possibly indicating that he lived in the Ice Kingdom for a while waiting for the dragonets.
Queen Glacier's palace is at the far north on an peninsula. The palace is described to be having such low temperatures the dragonets wouldn't last a day there.
