The Ice Kingdom is home of the Icewings. It is made up of mountains, glaciers, and floating ice. It makes the "head" of Pyrrhia. It is ruled by Queen Glacier.
Deathbringer attacked the Dragonets of Destiny and Blaze in the surrounding area.
Blaze has her own fortress there having no other place to go. Deathbringer also had his own hut, possibly indicating that he was in the Ice kingdom for a while.
