IceWings are light-blue, white or silver dragons ruled by Queen Glacier. They live in the far north of Pyrrhia in the Ice Kingdom. They are allies with Blaze and most of the SandWings in the great war.
IceWings and NightWings have aminosity towards each other going way far back to a war they once fought against each other. This is displayed when Morrowseer killed all of the IceWing prisoners in the SkyWing arena while he came to Starflight's rescue, the 4th Dragonet of Destiny.

Abilities
IceWings can withstand both extremely bright light and subzero temperatures. Instead of breathing fire, they exhale a deadly freezing ice breath that is in every way just as lethal as fire. Their serrated, ridged claws are especially good at gripping ice, and just as good at tearing into their enemies.
