The Palace is where the IceWing queen resides, and home to the IceWings guards and soldiers. It is a part of the Ice Kingdom, and is presumed to be constructed out of ice. It is far enough north and any dragon other than an IceWing would freeze to death; since it is like this, Queen Glacier never has to worry about the other dragon tribes.
It is said that Queen Glacier has a dungeon in her palace, but she never has to worry about the prisoners escaping. The palace is far to the north. Glory stated that if they she and the other dragonets trapped in the palace, they would be dead by the end of the day.
