The Palace is where the IceWing queen resides, and home to the IceWings soldiers. It is a part of the Ice Kingdom, and may be made out of ice. It is far enough north and any dragon other than an IceWing would freeze to death; since it is like this, Queen Glacier never has to worry about the other dragon tribes.
