Heliconia is a female RainWing guard who was introduced in Winter Turning. She is one of the RainWings in Queen Glory's secret invisible guard, assigned by Deathbringer to quietly follow the queen and protect her from threats and potential assassination attempts.
Description
Winter describs her scales as "a rather hideous shade of pink".[1]

Heliconia was then assigned to alerting the scout captains of the queen to meet Glory at the pavilion as quickly as possible, though Heliconia did not want to leave her unguarded. Glory told her that she will not be unguarded as she had multiple guards, which lead her to bicker with Deathbringer.
