Grasshopper is an adult male HiveWing mentioned in The Lost Continent. He is the former boss of Swordtail and is the construction crew supervisor for Cicada Hive.
Personality
Grasshopper was described by Blue to have "most likely said no because he was still trying to teach Swordtail obedience and good behavior,"[1] implying that Grasshopper is rather persistent and strict enough for Swordtail to have rebellious actions.
Biography
The Lost Continent Prophecy
He is mentioned once by Luna, who remarks that she did not think Grasshopper would let Swordtail come to her metamorphosis. Swordtail explained that he had snuck out of the construction site without permission after asking him if he could go see Luna and still said no.
When Swordtail is freed from Misbehaver's Way with a stimulant, he picks up a massive boulder and throws it through a wall, shouting aloud ironically at an imaginary Grasshopper about how hard he was working.
