Gibbon

Template:Infobox Character Gibbon is a male RainWing and one of seventeen kidnapped RainWings who were imprisoned in the Night Kingdom. He might have had very interesting venom, because the NightWings took him very often into their laboratory to study his venom. When Glory saw him, he was unconscious and being dragged by the NightWings somewhere.

Biography

The Hidden Kingdom

At the Night Kingdom, Glory sees Gibbon, a prisoner, being taken to the fortress for venom testing. According to Glory, his scales were a dull, heavy gray, the color of sorrow and great unhappiness that she had never seen before on any RainWing. He hung limply between the three NightWing guards who took him out of his cave, neither helping nor hindering them. Kinkajou says that he was often taken for testing, and that his venom must be "way more exciting" than hers or any other RainWing's. She seems upset about this.

Kinkajou later argues against the RainWings' doubt of Glory's decision to challenge the queen for the throne and says that they should ask Gibbon, Orchid, Splendor, Tualang, or Loris what they thought and then revealed that they, along with several other RainWings, were all imprisoned in the Night Kingdom, with the exception of three of them who had already died.

The Dark Secret

He later reappeared when Glory's army attacked the Night Kingdom, freeing all the RainWing prisoners.
