- — Forest, relieved that Daffodil and Ivy weren't arrested in Dragonslayer
Forest is a male scavenger who appears in Dragonslayer. A resident of Valor, he is Commander Brook's son and a member of the Wingwatchers.
Personality
Forest is mentioned to enjoy goofing around, as he is noted by Ivy to be the class clown, as well as her thinking "he couldn't make it through an entire silent patrol without pretending to fart, laughing his head off, falling out of a tree, or accidentally setting something on fire". [1]
Biography
Forest was mentioned very briefly when Ivy thought back to why adults were allowed to lie but not children, using the example of Heath not getting in trouble for his lies, while Forest and Daffodil got in huge trouble for lying all the time.
Forest was also mentioned when Ivy, Daffodil, and Violet think of getting banished for going to the Old Village to find Heath's treasure. Violet mentioned bringing Foxglove and Squirrel on their journey so that if they got banished, they would all get banished together and therefore be able to stick together. Daffodil mentioned that she'd like Forest to get banished as well since she thinks Forest is funny. Violet disagreed, calling Forest horrifying.
He appeared at the Wingwatcher initiation, surprisingly having made it to the team despite his lack of focus. He appeared offended when Commander Brook claimed that Ivy, Daffodil, and Violet were her favorites, and still looked skeptical when she claimed that they were favorite recruits, not her favorite son.
Later on, when Ivy and Daffodil were hiding in the old village, they met up again with Forest, who informed them that the Dragonslayer's reason for arresting all the Wingwatchers was claiming that they were working with the Invincible Lord and Leaf to assassinate him, despite the Lord only wanting Heath to come work for him in the Indestructible City.
He made one last appearance when Ivy almost crashed into him when she brought Sky into Valor. After he asked Ivy what she was doing, she told him to gather everyone in the main hall for her, Sky, Leaf, and Wren's plan to dethrone the Dragonslayer.

"I have no idea, but that's what he said. He said people have been trying to kill him for years, but never succeeded, so the lord started scheming with the Wingwatchers, and finally, he sent an assassin to help take him out. After that, the Wingwatchers were going to take over."

I mean... that's one of the things I'm worried about anyway. I don't see what I can do by myself."
"I have to go. I'll try to come back if there's any news."
"Ivy, what are you doing?"
