Foreseer was a NightWing seer of unknown gender who was mentioned in Darkstalker. They seem to have some kind of a relationship with Foeslayer, as they predicted the hatching of her eggs.

While on a cliff waiting for their eggs to hatch, Foeslayer told Arctic that Foreseer was the dragon who predicted that both her eggs would hatch on the brightest night. However, only Darkstalker's egg hatched on the brightest night, meaning that the vision was partly incorrect.
