Foreseer was a NightWing seer of unknown gender mentioned in Darkstalker. They seem to have a relationship with Foeslayer, as they predicted the hatching of Foeslayer's eggs.
Biography
Legends
While on a cliff waiting for their eggs to hatch, Foeslayer told Arctic that Foreseer was the dragon that predicted that both her eggs would hatch on the brightest night. However, only Darkstalker's egg hatched on the brightest night, meaning that the vision was partly wrong.
