He or she was the seer who had predicted that Darkstalker's egg would hatch on the brightest night. Foreseer was, therefore, born under at least one full moon and has the power of foresight. Any other information about him/her is unknown.
Biography
While on a cliff waiting for their eggs to hatch, Foeslayer told Prince Arctic that Foreseer was the dragon that predicted that Darkstalker would hatch on the Brightest Night, a rare astrological event when all three moons were full.
