Template:CharboxForeseer was a NightWing of unknown age and gender whose name first appeared in Darkstalker (Legends). They were the seer who had predicted that Darkstalker's egg would hatch on the brightest night. Foreseer was, therefore, born under at least one full moon and has the power of forsight. Any other information about him/her is unknown.

While on a cliff waiting for their eggs to hatch, Foeslayer mentions to Prince Arctic that Foreseer was the dragon that predicted that Darkstalker would hatch under three full moons. However, dragon eggs seem to hatch after a certain amount of time, so this may not be the most amazing prediction.
