Firestorm was an adult female SkyWing mentioned in A Guide to the Dragon World. She was the queen of the SkyWings before Scarlet.
Personality
Queen Firestorm enjoyed art and beauty, and would only allow beautiful dragons into her throne room. According to Tailwind she was "nasty on the inside" and believed all others to be the same. She was brutally honest with everyone, especially her daughters; she would sometimes stroll through the wingery just to snark about the least attractive dragonets.[1]

In A Guide to the Dragon World, Firestorm is described by Tailwind in a story about Scarlet's youth. She was harsh and cruel, especially towards her daughters. She would host dragons from across Pyrrhia to attend parades, art shows, dance performances, and beauty contests in the arena and keeping the winning sculptures and tapestries for herself
