Festoon was an adult male SilkWing who was mentioned in The Lost Continent. He was one of the flamesilk dragons kept by Queen Wasp in the flamesilk factory who passed away from unknown causes.
Biography
The Lost Continent Prophecy
While talking to Blue in the flamesilk cavern, Danaid and Pierid started a heated discussion about privacy, which was hard to get in the small cave. While arguing with Danaid, Pierid yelled at the elderly SilkWing that it wasn't his fault Festoon was eavesdropping on his conversation, and Danaid snapped back at him saying that Festoon died five years ago, otherwise she would've been blaming him instead.
