A few years ago she got herself involved in a battle; she tried to help a SeaWing who'd been attacked by two SkyWings, but was killed in the process. This might've possibly revealed that Starflight's mother was not 'stupid' as Morrowseer described, but was kindhearted, even to the point of risking her own life to save a Seawing from two skywings.
