The Dragonmancers are a group of people who reside in Tailsman. They consist of Master Trout , Crow and 1 unnamed dragonmancer person.
'Abilities'
The dragonmancers have these 'visions' about when the dragons are coming to Tailsman . Just like the Nightwings; the dragonmancers lied about having these visions.
