== Biography ==
=== Pre-Series ===
When Stonemover began gradually turning to stone because of his spells, he enchanted Dinner to bring him food every few days so that way he would not starve to death. Other than that, the fox is said to live a normal life, according to Stonemover.

=== The Dragonet Prophecy ===
==== ''[[The Brightest Night (book)|The Brightest Night]]'' ====
Dinner arrived with a squirrel for Stonemover shortly after the first time he met his daughter, Sunny. She tried to shoo the fox away, to which Dinner shot her a scornful look and Stonemover told her how he was an animus-touched fox named Dinner who brings him food once in a while. Sunny remarked that it would be a bit creepy for Dinner if he knew what Stonemover named him. Stonemover noted that he had not thought of that before since he had never introduced him to anyone, and that he was sure Dinner otherwise still had an ordinary life as a fox. Dinner did not remain in the cave for long and promptly left once he gave Stonemover his meal.
