Cicada is an adult female HiveWing who was mentioned in The Lost Continent. She is one of Wasp's sisters, and the ruler of Cicada Hive. Cicada has an entire art gallery centered around her, located in the Cicada Hive.

After seeing Wasp for the first time on her visit to Silkworm Hall, Blue mentioned how Cicada never seemed quite as intimidating ever again.
Later, Blue and Luna visited the Lady Cicada Art Gallery, which included many paintings, sculptures, and silk weavings of Cicada.
