Cicada was an adult female HiveWing who was featured in A Guide to the Dragon World. She ruled as queen of the HiveWings at an unspecified point in history and had a warning from Clearsight in the Book of Clearsight.

Queen Cicada was mentioned in Monarch's writing to have been named in the Book of Clearsight.
