Chipmunk is a young male scavenger mentioned in Dragonslayer.
Personality
It is implied by Foxglove that Chipmunk is a little cowardly as, despite being a Wingwatcher, he doesn't go out when there are dragons.
Biography
Legends
Foxglove mentions him to Ivy, saying that she shouldn't listen to a word he says because he makes sure all his outdoor missions are at night, when no dragons are around.
