Biography
In Moon Rising, Fatespeaker pointed out a large group of IceWings to Moonwatcher and asked her whether she wanted to meet them; Changbai was likely among them.
Alba, Changbai and Ermine attacked Darkstalker as they was introducing themself to several dragons at Jade Mountain Academy.
Changbai is specifically mentioned to be haughty and sit far away from Winter. When Darkstalker is brought up, Changbai quickly mentions he is not like the dragon from old stories as he did not immediately start murdering everyone.
Trivia
- The name Changbai comes from the Changbai Mountains, a mountain range on the border of China and North Korea that average 3,000 meters.
- Changbai translates into "长白" in Chinese, which literally means "long white".
- In the audiobook, the narrator gave Changbai a male voice. It is unknown whether that was Tui's suggestion or the narrator's decision.
