Cattail is a dappled brown MudWing with brown eyes and yellow rings around the slit of each pupil. She is the mother of Clay, Umber, Reed, Sora, Pheasant, Crane, and Marsh. She is also the sister of deceased Asha the MudWing; she sold Clay to the Talons of Peace for two cows, which they were supposed to breed, but instead the MudWings just ate them.
