Template:QuoteBox Template:Charbox Cardinal is a male SkyWing dragonet who appears in Escaping Peril. He is young enough to be put in the SkyWing wingery, and is known to the other SkyWing dragonets to drool in his sleep.
Biography
When Peril, Scarlet and Soar visit the wingery, he and other dragonets were talking about how Scarlet's disfigured face looked, and it was discussed that her face supposedly looked even more gross than when Cardinal drools in his sleep. Cardinal tells the others to shut up.

- A cardinal is a small, robust, red songbird.
- Cardinal seems to fit the grumpy SkyWing stereotype.
