Bullfrog is a male RainWing healer that appears in Winter Turning.
Biography
He was seen cleaning Icicle's scales in the healer's hut. Another healer addressed him when remarking on how much Icicle's scratch has bled. Kinkajou added thatIcicle hasn't slept in days, and both healers
