Boto is a young male RainWing who was introduced in Moon Rising. He is currently attending Jade Mountain Academy as part of the Silver Winglet.
Appearance
Boto is placid-looking.[1]

| He was described to be dancing with both Sepia and Kinkajou when the Jade and Silver Winglets used instruments together in the music room at Jade Mountain Academy. Later in the book, he was shown resting in a patch of sunlight along with two other RainWing students, Coconut and Siamang. |
| Darkness of Dragons |

| Boto was seen attending a history class along with the Jade and Silver Winglets. Darkstalker's murderous past was brought up, Boto's talons turned lime green and he began anxiously asking whether it was likely that they would be murdered. |
