Bandit is a scavenger owned by Winter, and appears briefly throughout Moon Rising. He is completely terrified of all dragons, except perhaps Moon, as she saved him from being eaten by all the other dragons when he escaped from Winter. Bandit also appears to be lonely. Winter wanted tried to set Bandit free at the end of Moon Rising to keep him from freezing to death in the Ice Kingdom. He told him "Trust me it's much better than the Ice Kingdom".
