Bandit is a scavenger owned by Winter, and appears briefly throughout Moon Rising. He is completely terrified of all dragons, except perhaps Moon, as she saved him from being eaten by all the other dragons when he escaped from Winter.
Winter also wanted to get rid of Bandit at the end of Moon Rising.
