Arid is a SandWing dragonet of unknown gender who was introduced in Moon Rising. They are currently attending Jade Mountain Academy as a member of the Quartz Winglet.
Biography
The Jade Mountain Prophecy
Arid was with Pronghorn and Ostrich when Moon and Qibli came to talk to Onyx about the explosion in the history cave. When Moon read Arid's mind, it was discovered that they had previously supported Burn during the War of SandWing Succession, but now supports Thorn. They are highly respectful towards Thorn or anyone involved with her, such as Qibli and Ostrich. Qibli was seen to be the leader of them and the other SandWings students in the group, except for Onyx.
Qibli asked Pronghorn about the last time he had seen Ostrich, and he mentioned that she, Arid, and himself had been carrying instruments to one of the upper caves to play.
