Aphid is a male HiveWing dragonet who appears in The Lost Continent.
Biography
The Lost Continent Prophecy
When Blue and Io were fleeing the Cicada Hive, Aphid was one of the dragons to suddenly become mind-controlled by Queen Wasp and ordered to hunt the runaway flamesilk down. Aphid's caretaker, a young SilkWing with pale blue and pink wings, began to freak out and try to help Aphid, but an older SilkWing stopped him, saying that the young HiveWing dragonet wasn't himself at that moment. As the caretaker backed away, Aphid's head turned in strange unison with the other HiveWings, searching for Blue. When the dragonet was mind-controlled, he spoke like an adult dragon instead of a dragonet with flawed grammar.
