Animus dragons are those who have power over physical objects. SeaWings, NightWings and SandWings have been confirmed to have animuses.
Abilities of an Animus
Animus dragons can do things such as levitating objects, making something grow in a specific way, cursing objects so that whoever touches them will be killed or poisoned, make objects look for someone or something, and even make them talk.
