Boulder is a male SkyWing who was mentioned in Hero. He was watching the arena fight when Glory spit her venom at Queen Scarlet.

The SkyWing palace cooks mentioned that Boulder would tell fake stories as if they were true.[1]
Biography
The Dragonet Prophecy
Boulder was one of the SkyWings attending Queen Scarlet's hatching day celebration in the arena.
Winglets
While hiding in the kitchen, Cliff overheard the cooks discussing what had happened to Scarlet. One of them said that Boulder claimed that the RainWing Scarlet was keeping had attacked her. He claimed that she had likely killed hundreds of dragons and that he was lucky to have survived.
