This category is for all NightWings who were born under at least one full moon and therefore have the ability to read minds and/or see the future. One full moon means that a dragonet would have either future-seeing powers or mind-reading powers. Two means that a dragonet would have both. Presumably, three enhances those powers, as with Darkstalker. However, after Darkstalker vanished, the NightWings fled to their island where dragonets could no longer be born under the moons.
Centuries later a dragonet named Moonwatcher was born who was, presumably, the first dragonet to be born with the ability to read minds and see the future in hundreds of years.
