He is noted to have dark blue eyes and scales as pale-blue as a "frozen ocean". He was first mentioned at Tui T. Sutherland's event in Oceanside, California. He has a pet scavenger called Bandit Winter built him a cage. He also seems to have a crush on Moonwatcher.
