Starclaws was an adult NightWing of unknown gender featured in Runaway. They went with Prudence, Foeslayer, and Discretion on a diplomatic mission to the Ice Kingdom in an attempt to negotiate an alliance. It is unknown what happened to them after they went to the Night Kingdom when Arctic and Foeslayer escaped the IceWings' wrath because of their forbidden love.

Legends
Starclaws is not mentioned by name. They are one of the four dragons on the diplomatic mission to the Ice Kingdom, mentioned by Foeslayer when she met Arctic.
Winglets
During Foeslayer and Arctic's dramatic escape from the IceWing palace, Prudence gathered up Starclaws and Discretion to get them to leave with the group. Starclaws followed Prudence to a cliff outside the palace, where they met up with Arctic and Foeslayer. They then left the Kingdom with Prudence, Foeslayer, Arctic, and Discretion.
