Snowflake

Template:SpoilerTemplate:Infobox CharacterSnowflake is a female IceWing in the first circle who was meant to be Prince Arctic's fiancé. She is described to be pretty in a boring, glassy way and to have silvery white scales. She is mentioned to be incredibly boring, unmemorable, and have almost no personality by ex-Prince Arctic. Indeed, Arctic once considered creating an animus-touched object that would make any dragon interesting while speaking to him. It is also mentioned that she may be hiding her true personality and be just as unexcited about their match as he is. She may be angry at Arctic for constantly forgetting her name.

History

Snowflake appears in the prologue of Darkstalker informing Arctic that his presence is required in a diplomatic meeting with the NightWings. She may have been upset because he couldn't remember her name. After Arctic grumpily follows her to the meeting (much to her relief) Arctic suddenly remembers her name and the fact that they are engaged, though he keeps the latter fact to himself so as to not seem like an idiot. As they ventured to where the NightWing diplomats were waiting for them, Arctic asks Snowflake what gift she would give the tribe if she were an animus. She replies that she doesn't know, and after Arctic commands her to think about it and tell him soon to which she responds to brusquely saying "Seems like kind of a waste of my time, unless you are having trouble coming up with yours." This shuts Arctic up and they go out to the balcony, where they are met with an incredibly talkative NightWing trying to keep herself warm. The NightWing eventually annoys Snowflake into leaving. The NightWing, who eventually (and unintentionally) introduces herself as Foeslayer, taunts Arctic about not being able to remember his own girlfriend's name.
