Snapper is a character of unknown gender or tribe mentioned by Prince Turtle in the book, Talons of Power. Although it is also currently unknown if they are even a dragon or are actually just a named scavenger, they are apparently a main component in Turtle's backstory, which may or may not be elaborated later in the book, and are part of the reason why Turtle gave up on his dreams of being a hero and a writer.
