Tsunami suspected Shark of being her attacker in the tunnels. She also suspected him to be the one who smashed Queen Coral's eggs. However, he wasn't the one responsible, though he did grant permission for Tortoise to leave her post in the Royal Hatchery to eat an octopus.
Shark tried to kill the dragonets of destiny, and he ordered Clay to be chained to the floor and starved (either in compliance or against what Coral said).
He was later sent to the dungeon for a short time before he was released because of the attack.
