Secretkeeper first appears in the prologue of [[Moon Rising]]. She has hidden her daughter Moonwatcher's egg in the [[Rainforest Kingdom|rainforest]] to protrect her from the harsh conditions of the [[Night Kingdom]]. Moon's egg is due to hatch, so Secretkeeper is on her way to the rainforest. She encounters [[Mastermind]] and [[Farsight]] in the hallway. Mastermind seems to know what she is up to, but Farsight is under the impression that the egg had been lost. Farsight asks if Secretkeeper needs anyone to sit with her, and she declines abruptly. After getting past [[Preyhunter]], the guard, she goes throught the portal. At first Secretkeeper cannot find the egg, bue she soon finds it. She notices that the egg has changed color from black to silver, and has changed places. Secretkeeper begins to suspect that there is something different about her daughter. Moon then emerges from the eggshell, and her mother notes that she is "perfect in every way". Secretkeeper then hides Moon, and returns to the Night Kingdom. | |||
