Sanctuary is a town similar to Possibility, where dragons from every tribe are welcome. It is being built by the Talons of Peace, with Winter assisting them as well as coming up with the name. Winter is building a den for scavengers in it. It is located in the foothills of the Claws of the Clouds Mountains, besides a very small, very cold lake that 'Winter was very fond of'.

- Riptide got the name for it after Winter mentioned building a scavenger sanctuary.
- Several IceWings were interested in moving to Sanctuary.
